ADMU Psy batch 88 won the "Atendista" award for the most attendees at their recent reunion. They donated the prize money to NVC's Mingo Meals Nutrition Program.
Even before Typhoon Paeng (Nalgae) first made landfall in Catanduanes on October 29, it brought strong rains to parts of the country including Negros. Our relief operations began the day after the strong rains began. We have been sending Mingo Meals to various provinces affected by the strong wind, torrential rain and heavy flooding.
We recently reconnected with Rolando Pamplona, a fisherman from Palo, Leyte who received the 1,000th Peter Project fishing boat. His story is one of so many that challenge us to strive harder.
On November 22, 2022, Ateneo de Manila University conferred the Parangal Lingkod Sambayanan on NVC Foundation. The award was received on behalf of the foundation by NVC Foundation President Millie Kilayko.
NVC's Artisans of Hope and emerging Filipino artists worked in collaboration on paintings for a unique art exhibit for the benefit of NVC Foundation's Artisans of Hope Livelihood Workshop and emerging Filipino artists.

Families from Himamaylan, Negros Occidental have fled from their homes to avoid getting caught in the crossfire between government forces and the NPA. NVC has been sending help to evacuation centers where these families have been staying.
