How does my purchase help others?

The artisans are paid for every item they make, and as such directly benefit from every purchase

Do you accept customized orders or commissioned artwork?

Yes. We can customize most mosaic pieces, including mosaic furniture, according to theme and size. We are also open to commissioned art pieces and have done this for a number of our patrons. Email us what you have in mind – [email protected].

Are your products available for wholesale or distribution?

Yes, we are always striving to grow our reach. Please contact [email protected].for wholesale/distribution opportunities.

Are all your items locally made?

Yes. Every piece in our store is handmade from our Artisans of Hope Livelihood Workshop in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental.

Do you ship internationally?

No, our online shop currently does not ship internationally. But if there is a product you want shipped outside of the Philippines, please email [email protected] and our team would be happy to discuss options with you.

Are there other ways to purchase and pay for the items?

Yes. For those based in Bacolod City, purchases can be done at the NVC Showroom located in 54 Lizares St. (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays/10am-4pm).  Pick-ups from the showroom or local delivery within Bacolod City can be arranged.  Likewise, we accept payments through bank transfer.  Email us at [email protected] for more details.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, if there is damage in the item/s you received. Kindly let us know within 5 days of receipt. For these matters, kindly email

Do you have a showroom in Bacolod where I can see your products in person?

Yes, our physical showroom is at 54 Lizares St. We welcome guests on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10am to 4pm.

I’m based outside of Bacolod. Is there a way to see your products?

Yes, if you cannot visit out showroom, we’d be happy to email you our product catalogue to show you a wider range of items, including those that are not available in our online shop. Kindly email [email protected] to request for one.

Can I donate my used Nespresso capsules? Do you accept non-Nespresso pods?

Yes, you can. At this time, we only accept single-serve coffee capsules made of  aluminum or other metals. Unfortunately, plastic coffee pods are not pliable and can’t be used for our crafts. Drop off your capsules at the following locations:
