Through the years, Ines Santiago has raced to help raise funds for tens of thousands of Mingo Meals. She is the organizer of the annual Mikel Lovina Jamborun which has sponsored not just Mingo Meals but LoveBags as well. And earlier this year, she lead her team to win the Asia-Pacific Ironman Virtual Race Team Challenge. The team donated their prize money to NVC to fund Mingo Meals. For her 40th birthday, her friends chose to give back in her name. They sponsored 12 children’s Mingo Meals for 40 days. Happy birthday, Ines! Keep on racing!
