Bowls of rice in Germany become Mingo Meals for Filipino children

In May 2018, Maite Hontiveros Dittke, owner of Maite’s Asian Cuisine in Düsseldorf, Germany, participated in her city’s Japan Day by selling her famous kamameshi rice. She committed part of the sales towards Mingo.

And that is the way it goes with NVC’s donors… From all over the world, we receive help towards feeding more kids, and quite a bit of these are raised through creative ways of winning hearts for more Mingo-fed kids. Maite developed one way to do it. Who knows, you may cook up you own, too!
