It was Luc’s 3rd Birthday and his family decided to celebrate it differently this year–with those who who’d be cheered up more just to be “a part of a party.” With some planning by Luc’s Lola Telly, his parents threw a happy one at the Holy Infant Nursery, where kids were treated to yummy party food complete with a Mingo ice cream cart and some fun games and prizes. Indeed, a milestone is more special when it makes others feel special. Happy birthday, Luc!
