Last February, several ladies of the St. Scholastica’s Academy (SSA’79) converged in Bacolod for their 35th High School Reunion. Six months later, another reunion was held, this time with a coastal community in Sagay, Negros Occidental to turn over a Peter Project boat to their beneficiary.
SSA’79 chose to name the boat after a song to which they danced during a Reunion Night program. The ladies who joined the boat turnover to fisherman Rodrigo Temblor wished that the boat be “Simply Irresistible” to fish and always provide a bountiful catch. In photo with Rodrigo Temblor are his wife, Merilyn and children: Katelynzy and Arjune.
