Congresswoman Mercedes Alvarez of the 6th District in Negros Occidental shared her experience of bringing Mingo to different barangays in her area. “Meal time with the day care children of Brgys 1 & 2 of Ilog. We covered 6 day care centers and 153 children The meals consist of Mingo mix (rice, moringa & monggo) and bread. I normally do these meals program during my free days in the district. Very fast to organize and prepare. Anyone can do this You can do this too in your own communities.”
Mingo Meals for the preschoolers of Sangke Elementary School, Hinoba-an, Negros Occidental. Sangke is the southernmost and last barangay of the remote and conflict-affected CHICKS area.
