What a wonderful Mingo party it was! Holding hands together with us were the combined forces of Office of the Mayor, the Municipal Nutrition Office, Municipal Social Welfare Office, Association of Barangay Captains, and the Sapang Kawayan Elementary School in Matictic, Municipality of Norzagaray, Bulacan.
A full retinue of barangay nutrition scholars added marshmallows to make the first cup of Mingo for 200 kids extra-special, as a way to kick-off their six-month daily Mingo nutrition protocol.
Thank you, too, to Starlight Foundation for the support, and to the Landers Superstore team who made the day extra special not only by helping out with the tasks but by gifting the kids with more take home packs of goodies.
