Mingoy, NVC’s food shuttle, was designed to go anywhere it’s needed in Negros and neighboring islands. Two days after a fire that affected 17 households in Purok Kahirup,Brgy. Mansilingan, Bacolod City, Mingoy was on the scene to distribute Mingo Meals to children and arroz caldo with pan de sal to adults taking shelter in an evacuation center, as well as other impoverished families in the area.
