On the last day of August, Team NVC attended a webinar on COVID-19 protective measures. Those working on-site attended at the plant. We made sure to space out the chairs and to keep the area well-ventilated. Everyone wore masks as required. Since many of us attended from home, members of our households were able to attend too. And we invited friends who were interested to attend as well. This is a very informative and practical combination of lectures and videos, done primarily in the vernacular to make it relatable to all.
We have always made it a point to follow safety protocols and guidelines but this helped deepen our understanding of protocols. Thank you Mr. Glenn Salve from Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital (CLMMRH) who gave us this very educational briefing. Thank you as well to the rest who made this possible: Kim Dueño, Roy de la Torre and Dr Julius Drilon. This was a very timely webinar and we will be applying what we learned! This is another small way in which we can help fight the spread of Covid-19 and combat the Covid-19 crisis.
