In February 2013, when the first beneficiaries of the Peter Project in Hinigaran, Negros Occidental, started to fish, they shared the fruits of their work with the Church.
When the catch turned low during the cooler months, starting November and up till now, February 2014, they turned into boat makers–becoming one of our boat suppliers for Yolanda-hit fishermen elsewhere.
Today, they are giving back once again: their Church was gifted with 12 new chairs from the sweat of their brows.
