On June 19, 2014, Dutch donors Mr. and Mrs. Winkels visited the community in Leyte where they donated two boats. A few months ago, the Winkels, who have been quietly helping a parish in Luzon implement projects for the poor, simply dropped by our office and handed over their donation. They planned to join the turnover, but a death in their family obliged them to be in Europe during the time of the event. But they promised to visit the beneficiary family, and today, they fulfilled their promise! The Winkels met beneficiaries Nasario Cherriguine who received PINKY and Lito Pedrosa who received JACOBUS.
