In partnership with Bulig Mo, Kabuhi Ko (BMKK), the Young Scientists of Negros Program extends to two more public schools in Hinigaran and Binalbagan, Negros Occidental. Through a grant from IBM Philippines, NVC and BMKK turned over science books, microscope, computers, fixtures and television set to Linao Elementary School in Hinigaran and San Jose Elementary School in Binalbagan.
The Young Scientists of Negros Program aims to develop an interest in science and discovery among elementary pupils.
Other school beneficiaries are Corazon Montelibano ES in Bacolod City; Hinigaran ES in Hinigaran, Miranda ES in Pontevedra, Ma-ao Central School of Bago City, and Ubay ES in Pulupandan.
