NVC’s beloved Mingo turns 6 years old on July 8, 2017, and most fittingly, we are also manufacturing our 6 millionth Mingo Meal on this very day. Yes, that’s 6,000,000 packets of nutrition supplements to strengthen young bodies and minds since 2011.
To mark the occasion, we’re giving this kid a new set of clothes. The transition from plastic to foil increases Mingo’s shelf life. Plus, its longer and slimmer shape makes it easier for small hands to pour into cups or even bottles of water, or straight into hungry mouths.
And what’s more, Mingo has a fairy godfather who sent us a brand-new form filling machine that measures and fills the newly designed pouch with just the right amount of instant powder.
