A few months ago, officials of Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), Makati Chapter, handed us their donation for 4 boats for the Peter Project. On July 11, IBP-Makati officials traveled Tanauan, Leyte to turn over the boats–writing messages and installing their logo on the bancas. When super typhoon Yolanda hit Leyte, Hayler fell from the second floor of the barangay hall where his family had been evacuated, right into the waters.
