Dr. Marlin Sanogal, Provincial Planning and Development Chief of the Province of Negros Occidental, received an award as a Distinguished Alumna of the University of the Philippines for Good Governance and Public Service.
We’re proud to say that some time before this, Dr. Marlin raised funds to help NVC feed kids with Mingo Meals. For her recent birthday, she asked friends to contribute to her fundraiser in lieu of birthday gifts. Thank you, ma’am. A big applause from the children we serve!
